467. He was also involved in those lawsuits against the silicone breast implant companies back in the 90s. He was featured on 60 minutes talking about it and the outcome was that those particular implants weren't linked to any illnesses and he made a boatload of money off of it. The interviewer asked if he felt bad because he got rich off of false charges and shouldn't he give the money back. He just laughed in the guys face and said he didn't feel bad at all.

469. O'Quinn seems like a bully, from all his tv appearances. But what you're not mentioning about his past is that he is the NUMBER 1 trial lawyer in the country. Don't let all that Texas twang fool you. I guess that twang goes over big with Texas juries. The man is a BILLIONAIRE, and has gotten a billion dollar verdict, I believe. He's coming after the $474 mil for Virgie, clearly. He'll file in Texas, and go after that money once the custody thing gets going.

But guess what Howard Marshall said on camera that he was leaving Anna everything he already GAVE to her the car, the house etc. That is as clear as if the old man was still here to answer that question in person. 471. Anyone who thinks that Virgie's gang (herself &lawyers)& Birdkead's gang are not in for Baby Dannilynn's money, only for love, are so naive. They are in this feeding frenzy because of $$$. If ANS did not leave a prospective $475+ interest from her late husband Marshall Sr., this wrangling in 2 states & 1 foreign country will not play out in courts. I hope the Marshall's estate would settle for $0.00 unless ANS had this Baby by way of invitro insemination w/her late spouse's frozeen sperm, then Baby is his lawfull heiress. Sorry, Baby Dannilynn! Then we'll see who fight over this kid? Nobody can but the Marshall estate & HKS. Maybe he already knows this but as ANS's wishes, he's not going to tell until the end of all DNA tests come out.
