48. Vergie certainly choose an outstanding Lawyer - out of all the Lawyers involved in this (not sure WHAT to call it) he would be my choice! And second would be Harvey (if he was still practicing Law). I really wasn't aware of how you were Mr, Levine until I read the post with your background information - have always enjoyed your interviews with the public on The Peoples Court. Thank you for a place to rant , (we need a place like this where frustration surrounds us on all levels) and this is one very frustrating issue. That baby is what throws us all into a tail spin, how dispicable and unnatural not to mentioned, immoral action, Howard K Stern has choosen to make, with Ron Rale's blessing and help. No matter what they do next , their lives are tainted forever, the only tactic they have left, (to redeem whatever credibility remains) is too expose the DNA results and release the baby to the NATURAL family members!

49. It's well funny how people are "trying" their best to make HKS look good and bash Vergie and Larry.... You're all idiots and just as low as he is... Who's holding onto someone else's baby for dear life not wanting to find out who the real father is?? And WHY?? Why does he have the right to a "Fair" inquest but the baby has No right to be with her blood family??? Who the hell does he think he is? God? Everyone just wants the truth to be revealed and in the meantime for that poor helpless baby to be removed from HKS's care IMMEDIATELY until this mess is sorted out.... i don't see how a soul on earth could allow that child to be in HKS's care, the loser can't even take care of himself..... Say what you want about vergie and her lawyers, i don't think she did anything wrong, she may have been a little strict on Anna, but SO WHAT!? wouldn't anybody be if they saw their daughter going down the wrong path???

And guess what, i'm not even american... just a tourist happening to be in Miami at the same time Anna died, been following this story from the beginning and I can't believe this is happening and the baby is still in the care of HKS....

51. Ellie#4 post. How can you critize Vergie, in comparison to her duaghter as a mother. If she was good enough for Anna to let Vergie raise Daniel for 7 years, while Anna Pursued her exoctic dancing career, and I would imagine Verige was a better mom, then Anna. Vergie didn't get involved with Anna's show, which was #1 parasites Howard getting the crew to always tape Anna's more bizarre antics. How could Howard let Dannie go through the experiencer make money from shock value, from her behavior under the influence of drugs. And the kidnapper and hostager has all she has left from Anna and Dannial. Virgie at least again attempted to do an intervention and warned Anna she'd be next. Anna should have taken her adivice and gotten away from all those unethical friends, to include the latest on the list the shrink that precribed all that stuff and didn't even call 911. Ole Howie probaby didn't learn after Danny nor Anna's death. And I'm sure Fergie is worried that he might give the baby medicine drops to help it sleep, or for pain when she is teething. There is no telling, cause Stern's mind and Anna's minds have been somewhat depraved. Their judgment odd key. In this country She would at least temp custody at this time. Stern either way, would have to go to some kind of help classes before they'd le the baby come back and live with him. Get real people. And I'm glad that some attorney, that obviously trys to help people in injuries and all helping her. So, he would be a hero, while all these hollywood are so spoiled like Sterns attornies calling all the shots.
When JOHN OQUINN, came on board, it seemed finally someone who could call an ace and ace, and not all this politically correct waterdowned,. These poeple were not enablers of Anna's drugs. They were the mules. They got them for her.

You have to admire someone who tells it like it is. Thank you for what you are doing for Vergie! The little guy (or gal) gets crapped on in this country unless they have tons of money and can afford high priced lawyers. Without you in her corner, Vergie wouldn't have had a snowball's chance since day ONE.

Please don't give up on the baby. I'm not at all impressed with Larry's new lawyers. You may be Dannilynn's only hope!!
