106. IMO. I think that Brandy should be arrested and charged...Because it's not like she caring about the case anyway, All she does is party....And it's not fair at all to other celebrities who get charged for minor offenses. (ex. Nicole Ritchie, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, and the dude from Prison Break.) She needs to face the consequences too..She's not special..I bet if she wasn't a celebrity she would be under the jail. This goes to show that some celebrities gets away with stuff////

107. #19- you sound so stupid. Unfortunately, people have accidents everyday where someone is killed. it just that- an accident. So, these people should stay locked up in their homes and be depressed forever?!!!! Non-celebs move on with their lives as well- we just dont know about it. We only know that Brandy is moving on b/c the media keeps reporting on it. She has spoken to the family and she is very remorseful about this accident. How are her actions immature? Why should charges be filed against someone for an accident. If she had done anything illegal, the D.A. would have filed charges already. But she didn't. Again, it was an accident that she if paying for every day and night and she will pay for monetarily.
So, those who are saying that Brandy is immature or should be thrown in jail, or idiots and you all need to grow up!

108. How can any of you judge her one way or another? If you think she is a heartless bitch and it is all her fault or just the opposite and you think that this was an accident, you can't say anything really because non of us were there we don't know what happened!! So unless you were there I would say "keep your mouth shut because you don't know" You are all awfully critical one way or another, and since you don't really know what happened and exactly how it happened how can you be so one way or another?!

109. Brandy's camp lied about her marriage, she lied about her marriage, Ray J does a sex tape to get street cred, and now she partys and skates. She'll release her album next year and it'll all be forgotten. All this from the people who proclaimed faith in a cult-style church. Ray J once laughed off his faith to me - and in that sense, it all makes sense now. Life has ittle meaning for the Norwoods - nor does death.

110. So does she have to continue suffering more than she has already? This will be on her mind for the rest of her life! She was, still is, and will forever be heartbroken over this tragedy! It's been proven that the deceased woman had already rear-ended another car, at 65mph, with weed in her system, causing the chain reaction crash in which Brandy got caught up by chance! One bad driver negates the safety measures taken by all others on the road. That is how this happened!

It's very tragic for all involved, most of all for the woman and her family facing this loss! Why haven't we heard anything about the driver who actually struck the fatal blow??? Brandy was completely clean and sober at the time! She was raised to care about the world around her, unlike so many others we don't need to name!

All you opportunistically hateful filth are only attacking Brandy for one reason that's too obvious and tiresome to state... Brandy has lived a quiet, decent lifestyle and never did a thing to bring negative publicity onto herself! And at least she never flashed her naked crotch into anyone's camera lens! Or got sloppy drunk enough to pass out in public places!

The D.A. and the CHP both already did their best to get her, and they couldn't. They tried just as hard to prosecute Brandy as they did to let Paris Hilton out of her jail sentence- until the judge squashed that crap and brought her blubbering ass in for real (LOL)! Now they have to leave Brandy alone. Money has nothing to do with it. It's not like Brandy has Hilton or Davis money to buy her way out of a damn thing. She is a good quiet-living woman who continues to live upstandingly in her private life. Otherwise, we would know all about it!

SO EVERYONE GET THE ---- OFF HER CASE!
