Hulk Hogan may have taken one too many fake punches to the head. Just four months after his nasty divorce with Linda was finalized, he's preparing to crown the next Mrs. Hogan.

We talked to Hulk and his girlfriend Jennifer McDaniel at LAX yesterday, where the Hulkster pointed out the massive ring finger bling he just bought Jennifer ... and told us she "could be the new Mrs. Hogan."
Hulk really moves fast ... only a week ago he was getting some unfortunate ass from Ric Flair.

Shaquille O'Neal wants to teach his estranged wife Shaunie Nelson a thing or two about getting thrown out. We've learned Shaq is trying to boot Shaunie from the entire court system in California.
Shaunie filed legal papers in California earlier this month for legal separation, having moved to L.A. just days earlier.
We've learned Shaq's lawyers filed legal docs, alleging Shaunie has no right to use the California divorce courts because they are residents of Florida.
As we first reported, Shaunie stands to get more spousal support in California.

The woman who sued Elisabeth Hasselbeck for copyright infringement just won't take no for an answer.
TMZ has learned Susan Hassett just filed her second lawsuit over Hasselbeck's book -- "The G Free Diet" -- even though a judge tossed out Hassett's first suit earlier this month after her lawyer decided not to pursue the case.
Hassett -- who claims Beck's book is a rip-off of her own publication, "Living with Celiac Disease" -- tells TMZ her original lawsuit was shot down because of a technicality ... she failed to provide the necessary copyright information for "Living."
Hassett's new suit, which was filed today in federal court in Massachusetts, includes plenty of copyright info for "Living" ... plus claims that Hasselbeck's book is "misleading and dangerous" to those who suffer from Celiac disease.
Hassett once again wants the court to stop the presses on "G Free" and yank it from bookstores everywhere.
Calls to Hasselbeck's people have not been returned.

Security in Tiger Woods' private community has ramped up to the point where even the people who live there are being told where they can and cannot go.
Sources tell TMZ residents are being kept away from Tiger's infamous crash site and one resident even had his camera's memory card confiscated by Isleworth security.
Tiger announced earlier today that his injuries from Friday's accident would force him to pull out of his upcoming golf tournament.

TMZ now has an eyewitness account of what happened immediately following Tiger Woods' car accident.

According to a witness, Tiger had a cut on his lower lip when emergency responders and witnesses arrived. The wound was bloody.
Tiger was wearing shorts, a t-shirt and no shoes. It's illegal in Florida to drive without shoes.
Tiger was lying on the ground unconscious when EMT workers arrived. They used "pain stimulus" -- a method where pressure is applied on an unconscious person to make them alert -- but Tiger only briefly opened his eyes and then lost consciousness.
We're told EMTs asked Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren, if Tiger was taking any medications. She went in the house and brought out two pill bottles. She said she did not know when he had last taken the meds.
Elin was extremely upset and was told twice by paramedics to stand back while they tended to her husband.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made by a photographer who claims some rabid Michael Jackson fans attacked him with a bat earlier this month ... an incident the photog blames on a lawsuit he recently filed against Debbie Rowe.

In the call, which was made on November 22, you can hear photographer Ed Frommer tell the dispatcher it all started when two cars pulled up beside him on a road in Lancaster, CA.
Frommer says three men exited the cars -- and that one of the guys told Frommer to stay away from Debbie, while another man began "pushing me with the bat through my window."
Frommer told us last week he thought the goons were mad at him because of the defamation lawsuit he filed against Debbie -- but he doesn't believe Debbie had any connection to the alleged incident.

The chick who famously sneaked her way into a White House party last week had some prior experience in the field -- FedEx field ... as in the home of the Washington Redskins.

TMZ has obtained photos of Michaele Salahi posing as a Redskins cheerleader during a halftime event in 2005.
Salahi had told people she was a member of the squad back in the '90s, but team officials have no record proving her claim.
However, these photos make it clear she was successful at passing herself off as one -- because the event she crashed was to honor Redskins cheerleader alumni.
We're told Michaele and her husband, fellow crasher Tareq Salahi, had a private box at the stadium and invited some of the cheerleaders back to the their seats to hang out after the halftime performance.

TMZ has learned two Florida Highway Patrol troopers paid a visit today to the hospital where Tiger Woods was transported early Friday morning.
Witnesses at the hospital say the troopers were looking for information related to Woods' visit.
An FHP spokesperson has just said the department has not sought a search warrant for Tiger's medical records associated with his treatment. However, as TMZ first reported, the department is pursuing a warrant -- though it has not formally sought one out -- after being shut down by Tiger's lawyer.
The FHP wants to know if Tiger's wounds were the result of the SUV accident or a domestic dispute with his wife, Elin Nordegren.
We do not know if the troopers obtained medical information from hospital personnel. We do know the troopers have left the hospital.

Pamela Bach is being sued for her DUI this year -- no, not the one she got over the weekend ... the one before.
Mitchell Paulson claims Bach was driving under the influence when she slammed into his car and injured him.
Bach -- David Hasselhoff's ex -- pled no contest to the DUI -- which occurred in March -- and was placed on probation.
As we first reported Bach was arrested Saturday night for DUI, blowing a .13 and a .14. She will likely go to jail for the repeat offense. A law enforcement source tells TMZ Pamela was "hammered" behind the wheel.
As for the lawsuit ... Paulson is seeking unspecified damages.

There's something the Florida Highway Patrol wants even more than catching a glimpse of Tiger Woods' wounds -- the video from the surveillance cameras at the family home.

TMZ has learned the home of Tiger and wife Elin Nordegren is fully loaded with security cameras and we're told at least one of the cameras show Tiger's exit from the house. We know the FHP wants the video.
As we first reported, the FHP wants a search warrant for Tiger's medical records. They also want the video. The question, even if the FHP gets a warrant for the video: What, if any, footage exists at this point?
Then again, it's possible Tiger would willingly fork over the video. Or maybe not.
Stay tuned...

Sources tell TMZ the Florida Highway Patrol is now focusing on obtaining a search warrant -- allowing them to seize medical records from the hospital that treated Tiger Woods -- in an attempt to determine if the wounds Woods sustained are consistent with a car accident or domestic violence.

We're told authorities believe they can show probable cause a crime was committed, a necessary step in obtaining a warrant.
One big piece of evidence showing probable cause ... sources tell us Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren told FHP troopers she went looking for Tiger in a golf cart, came upon the accident and then used a golf club to break the window to gain entry. That's a very different story from what she first told Windemere cops shortly after the accident -- she never mentioned a golf cart. Nordegren told Windemere police she had walked out of her house, saw the crash, went back inside to get a golf club and returned to the vehicle.
TMZ has reviewed 21 photos from the scene -- no sign of any golf cart. But we just found another photo (below) from the scene, where you can see a golf cart in the foreground.

And there's more ... although alcohol was not involved, Tiger was in and out of consciousness and TMZ has already reported Tiger told a friend he was taking prescription meds for pain, which could be evidence of DUI. This, too, could constitute probable cause to obtain a warrant.
We're told the FHP is pursuing the search warrant option after getting shut down again Sunday in an attempt to interview Tiger and Elin and eyeball Tiger's wounds.
As we first reported, according to sources, Tiger told a friend Elin had attacked him after she confronted him with reported allegations he had cheated on her. We're told Tiger told the friend Elin then followed him out of the house and struck the moving vehicle with the golf club, causing him to get distracted and hit the hydrant.
If the FHP determines Elin attacked Tiger, we're told she could be arrested for domestic violence.

Dr. Phil wants everyone to know he wasn't responsible for a 2007 bus crash that injured 17 mothers -- it was all that pesky bus company's fault.
According to docs filed last week in L.A. Superior Court, the production company behind the "Dr. Phil" show claims it ain't their problem the bus they hired to transport a group of mothers to see the show had faulty brakes ... and ultimately plowed into a tree.
The "Dr. Phil" show was sued back in September by 5 passengers who claimed the show "negligently hired" a crappy bus to transport them to a taping of the show -- and therefore the crash was partly the show's fault.
So far, Dr. Phil's company has denied all liability -- but if a court says Dr. Phil and his people are liable anyway, the show wants the bus company to cover their fair share of the damages.
